The cuts of meat are marbled with oleaginous unsaturated fat throughout as opposed to our traditional breeds that have only the solid saturated fat on the outside of the cut. This breed originated in Japan but we now raise our own Wagyu in South Africa. This beef also contains a higher percentage of omega - 3 and omega - 6 fatty acids than our typical beef. Extremely tasty - but comes a quite a price.
