In 2014 a reputable Property Investor through Rawson Commercial (Cape Metro Blaauwberg) purchased an R11.4 million industrial complex in Killarney Gardens.This was the begining of a business relationship which has grown in leaps and bounds. Since then there has been numerous rental deals in both Montague Gardens and Killarney Gardens. With the Property Investors continuous clientele service satisfaction another sucsessful rental deal for approxmatley R2.5 million for a Industrial warehouse was resently concluded in Montague Gardens.This rental lease spans  over a five year period with the option of the tenants purchasing the property at the end of the lease. This tenant took occupation on 2nd March 2015.

Both parties are currently working on another acquistion with the view to purchasing an Industrial complex in Killarney Gardens.
