Another happy Tenant

Large 1800sqm property has been rented out on a 5 year Lease, by our very own Gavin Rudolph, to Inkulu Plastics, in Beaconvale, Parow.

This new tenant is a plastic pipes manufacturer, based in Hammarsdale, KZN, who will be using this yard for storage and distirubition to local manufacturers and wholesalers.

Inkulu Plastics had been looking for premises for 3 months, and Gavin found them this facility in 1 week. 

Well done Gavin ...... you make us proud!!!
